Junges Hotel Salzburg-Haunspergstraße is close to the centre of Salzburg and only around 600m away from Salzburg Main Station.
By train and public transport
The Junges Hotel Salzburg-Haunspergstraße is located in the centre of town and about five minutes on foot from the train station.
We can be reached easily with the public bus network. If you arrive by train, take trolley bus line 1, 2 or 23 and ride one stop to “Jahnstraße”. From here, it is about one minute on foot to our hostel.

By car
Should you arrive by car, you can use the short-term parking zone near the hostel (up to three hours, charges apply). An alternative is a payable car park in Haunspergstraße – very close to the hostel. We do not manage this car park. The price level is typical for payable car parks in Salzburg.
By coach
The Junges Hotel Salzburg-Haunspergstraße does not have its own coach parking area. From the payable bus terminal “Salzburg Nord” (motorway exit “Messe”) there is a connection with the trolley bus line 1 to the stop “Jahnstraße” close to our house.
Please note that coaches are not allowed to park in the city centre of Salzburg. Coaches are only allowed to stop for up to ten minutes to drop off or pick up guests.
By plane
The Junges Hotel Salzburg-Haunsperkstraße is approx. 5.5 kilometres from Salzburg Airport. You can easily reach the youth hostel from the airport by taking trolley bus line 2 (bus stop “Jahnstraße”).
Taxi rank
The closest taxi rank at Salzburg Main Station is approx. 500 metres away. Our reception team will gladly call a taxi that will pick you up directly at our youth hostel.
